Dangerously incompetent! I would never trust them again for handling toxic contents. The person showed up, explained very little about the chemicals used, and on top of everything applied Bayer Maxforce Quantum in a super accessible place for kids rather than placing it within traps for safety. Also the gel was spilled in some parts of the floor. He did not even care to ask our opinion on what would be a good place to apply these so that kids don't get to accidentally touch them. These toxic chemicals need to be kept in traps for safety, but they did not even follow such a basic safety protocol. I am avoiding them henceforth for my kids safety.

I recently used Orkin Canada for a mouse infestation, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite their reputation, the remedy they applied to keep the mice away did not work. Even after their second attempt, the mice returned, showing that their treatment was ineffective. Another major concern is their service policy. Orkin Canada only covers the issue for 3 months, and if the problem continues after that period, they require you to pay again, even though the original infestation was never resolved. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that they charge specifically to remove the pest but offer no real guarantee that the issue will be permanently addressed. Overall, based on my experience, I found the service to be costly, ineffective, and lacking responsibility. I would advise others to be cautious and fully understand their limited coverage and lack of long-term assurance before paying for their services.

My experience was pretty great. The woman who answered my call was really friendly and helpful, and got someone out same day. When Krystal got there she was friendly and very knowledgeable. She handled the problem quickly and said it should be taken care of with the one treatment, but to call back if I see activity after a couple of days. All in all I am very happy with the service.

My husband and I retained the services of Orkin to come to our Leamington home to deal with wasps. Mac was their technician, who was efficient, tidy and told us exactly what he was doing and what we could expect. He is a great employee for this organization and the company did what we needed them to do: get rid of the Wasps!
