I’m not a plumbing expert, but I trusted AllSTAR Plumbing to fix my issue as promised. They gave me a quote and assured me the house would be fully usable. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the outcome. After hiring a different professional plumber, I was told that AllSTAR’s work had actually worsened the plumbing issue and improper materials were used. In the end, the work did not meet the professional standard I expected.A few days after I posted the review above, the owner called me and demanded that I take it down, threatening to sue me if I didn’t. I was shocked by the call. During the conversation, he used profanity and made offensive remarks about my background, including calling me a foreigner and saying I didn’t know what I was talking about.I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am a proud American, and no customer should ever be spoken to this way. The call was recorded. If anything, I have clear documentation of harassment and intimidation. What a shameful way to treat a customer.
