After 4 visits total from 2 different companies and 3 different technicians, we finally called Black Plumbing. They got to us the same day. Technician, David, was amazing. He had a great attitude and was able to find and correct the issue within 1 hour. He stuck around and made sure that was the only fix required before leaving. Total bill under $100. We will be using Black for future heating, ac and plumbing needs.

I had my water heater suddenly quit on me. I have no experience with gas water heaters and the one we had in this house looked specifically weird or perhaps installed improperly. Although I would have preferred it be cheaper, I would say that for how much I had to pay, the work done was first rate! Black Plumbing also was the only plumber I called that didn't want to charge me to just give a quote. That alone gave them a free $100 from what I was willing to pay. Black Plumbing is a local company that has earned my business! As an added thank you, my wife wanted to give a special thanks for cleaning the bathroom sink nozzle so that it sprays properly. I assumed this was done because they were testing and clearing the line of rust from the old water heater. This was part of the first rate service they provided! To the management and everyone at Black Plumbing, keep up your hard work and efforts to have your employees work so well! As ex manager, it is recognized that the good work comes from ownership and management who ask a lot of the employees and have them buy into what is wanted by the company! Thank you again!
