I had an appointment at 8:30am for clogged drains. The office had the professional courtesy to call me at 8:15am and say the tech was running late due the previous job but they would still be at my house within the appointment window. Alex and his partner Tech showed up within an hour. While Alex and I were discussing the possible causes of the problem, instead of his partner Tech just standing around, he got busy unloading tools and equipment. Within 30 minutes they had the drains unclogged and draining freely. From the office staff to the techs, everyone that I interacted with was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Their prices were very reasonable especially considering the top-level of service I received. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs! I highly recommend using their services.
These guys are great. Black Plumbing quoted $36,000 for a job and didn't even bother to itemize the estimate. Brown got it done for $8k. It wasn't easy, but they made it happen. I've used several plumbers in town over the years. These guys have my business from now on.
Joey and Dakota from Brown’s Plumbing absolutely saved us. What started as a plumbing issue in our master bathroom ended up being damage much farther down the line than where it was first found. This was right before a winter storm with sleet and ice on the roads, and they still stayed late and made sure the job was done right. True operators who know their craft.Ask for Joey and Dakota.
Unprofessional and lazy. The type of guys you have to call back 3-4 times, not because the job is long, but because they did a flimsy, amateur job.Edit: No, calling you back did not fix the problem. And it didn't the second or third time either. I used someone else and they figured it out right away.
Brown Plumbing is truly an EXCELLENT plumbing company. Chris Brown and his employees are incredibly professional. I was AMAZED at the extra effort that the Plumber Zach and his helper put in to complete my job in one day, these two guys stayed late (around 8:30) on a Friday evening to make sure my job was completed! I was actually shocked that they stayed so late, I figured these guys would have left by 5 or 6pm, so I feel the need to brag on Brown Plumbing for going the extra mile.I also feel that the bill I paid was very reasonable- I expected it to be more! Thank you Brown Plumbing- I will definitely use you again when the need arises. Abilene is blessed to have this company!
