I had a small chip in my bathtub, and since they weren't the ones who installed it, they refused to come... talk about service! I hired another contractor, and he came without any problem. They do whatever they want, and I find that annoying. I don't recommend them, and I won't be calling them again.
I received service in January for a video inspection of my septic tank inlet and a drain clearing. After two calls, I never received the video. I also never received an invoice at that time.Six months later, I was finally sent an invoice (without the video I was expecting) and, even worse, I was charged interest... for an invoice I never received! I had to call to have these charges removed. The result: a $100 credit, which is very little considering the price of the camera service for which the video was never delivered.Even though the customer service representative was pleasant on the phone, the outcome is simply unacceptable. The service was botched, there was no follow-up, the invoice was sent late with unnecessary interest, and the initial service requested (the video) was never delivered. I am very dissatisfied.
They messed up my bill. My balance was zero and they were completely confused by their system; luckily I had proof of payment. The advisor, Clotilde, was completely unprofessional.
