R E Robertson Plumbing & Heating Inc

Phenomenal experience with R.E. Robertson! Will absolutely be a repeat customer when necessary. Brand new first time homeowner with a few hot water questions and concerns … Phil was instrumental in getting me on the schedule in lighting fast time and JT was on site early within the assigned appointment window, quickly identified the issue, repaired the issue, and even saved me money in the process. Extremely grateful!

I needed work done on my HVAC system and RJ was AMAZING! He was on time exactly when he said he would be, explained the issue very clearly and answered all my questions. I ended up with a quick turnaround for the part they needed to order, and my system was up and running in 48 hours from the time I originally scheduled. Would definitely recommend to anyone local.

This company is outstanding. We had a major septic failure the Tuesday before Thanksgiving with house guests. The team were there all day until they got the pipes cleared and the system working again. They told me there were not leaving until it was working even if that meant they needed to dig it up that day. Fortunately, they got the system working and scheduled the dig within a week and everyone involved did outstanding work. Highly recommend this ethical and outstanding company. Bryce, Austin and Rinardo were great!

????? Bryce and Austin from R.E. Robertson did an outstanding job installing a brand-new hot water heater at Acton’s Landing in Unit 209. They were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was excellent, and they took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and operating properly before they left. They also kept the area clean and explained what was done in a clear, helpful way. We truly appreciate their efficiency and attention to detail. Highly recommend Bryce and Austin for their exceptional service and quality work!
