Recent reviews often note helpful scheduling support and clear communication, including updates by phone and text. Many customers mention professional, efficient technicians and clean job sites, with several citing successful water heater and fixture work. Some reviews report delayed arrival windows that were communicated in advance. A few critical comments focus on pricing clarity and difficulty getting detailed quotes.
Repeat customer- Pleased by the continued professionalism by this team.So many things to compliment:1. Great customer service via scheduling by Edgar in the office in spite of my condo adding complications. They still kept me as a priority. Great communication during and after regular hours2. Eliseo and Artur were the perfect team for my job. Professional. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Problem solvers. Troubleshooters. Focused. Efficient.I had a rather complicated job since I own an older condo apartment with 80 plus year old infrastructure that I wanted to update to current codes as much as possible. We were looking at a multiple day job possibly that they did in less than six hours not even taking a break for lunch!( Read below for more detail.)I wanted to prevent an imminent series of issues I could foresee in the future. It involved updating and installing new, proper dual-valve supply valves for hot and cold water, removing the old saddle valves and reconnecting dishwasher and ice maker supply line to the proper new valves AND due to the age of the condo building, an extra task:This winter brought 3 weeks of below freezing temperatures. Many condominium complexes experienced over a week of heating outages, hot water outages and a sewer back ups where lines meet the county sewer mains. (The ancient galvanized steel drain lines are past due their life expectancies. So to prevent water damage and facilitate better flow, I requested to allow easier access to clear kitchen drain backups I requested my drain lines be updated, new P traps etc up to the shared drain connections be installed with premium products. Extensive new plumbing in my kitchen and through to shared drain was lowered and installed to comply with current codes)They even came back an hour later to check to make sure everything was leak free... AFTER HOURS. Above and beyond I tell you.So glad I chose them again for this project. They surpassed their previous customer service.(Reasonably priced especially after a few snags were thrown in front of them by the condo. They rolled with the punches like true professionals. Bravo guys!)
I was told by my condo building that my toilet was leaking into the unit below. I was able to get All Plumbing to come out the same day I called, and they diagnosed that I would need a new flange and a new wax ring. They came back the next day and made the repairs. While they were unable to meet the timeline I had been given on both days (arriving later than scheduled), they communicated well via phone and text so I knew what to expect. They were able to work with the building to get the access they needed. Manuel and Miguel completed the repairs quickly and left my bathroom clean and tidy afterwards. A very positive experience. The before and after photos tell the story.
I tried to hire All Plumbing to replace a water heater. Initially, they gave me a vague total price. However, as soon as I asked for clarification on the quote details (parts vs. labor), they went silent and refused to respond.?If they are this difficult to communicate with before they get the money, I can’t imagine how bad the service would be if something went wrong after installation. Do not recommend if you are looking for a responsive and honest plumber.
All Plumbing is our go-to for all our home plumbing needs, and they continue to impress. We recently had them install a new hot water heater, and the entire process was seamless. The technician arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. He made sure the work area was clean and walked us through the new unit’s operation. We have used All Plumbing for various projects in the past—from minor repairs to larger installations—and the service quality is always consistently high. It’s rare to find a company so reliable and transparent. If you're looking for expert plumbing work with honest pricing, look no further than All Plumbing. Highly, highly recommended!
My condo association used All Plumbing (AP) to install a hot water heater in 2022. I strongly discourage anyone from working with AP because of what I believe to be their high pricing, poor workmanship, and lack of professionalism.AP charged $25,500 for installing a 100 gallon capacity hot water heater with the invoice showing a single line item instead of breaking down parts and labor, the first major red flag. Earlier this year, another contractor quoted approximately $20,000 for the same scope of work.In late 2024, the water heater broke down due to improperly set copper piping directly above the water heater during the 2022 installation. This allowed water to slowly drip onto the electrical panel and the igniter, damaging both components. This breakdown happened barely two years after AP’s installation. AP’s crew “fixed” the issue by attaching a metal bar to the copper pipe to divert the dripping water. The property manager made repeated requests of AP for a report of their findings and their work, which AP did not produce. Several months later, AP sent an invoice for over $2,000 for labor and replacing the electrical panel and igniter, even though damage to those components were related to AP’s original work in 2022 and the improperly set copper piping. AP refused to accept responsibility and demanded full payment. To avoid a protracted dispute, the balance was paid while another contractor had to be hired to fix the copper piping. This issue has taken almost a year to resolve and includes multiple frustrating back and forth interactions with AP via the property manager. Again, I urge everyone to avoid this company.
