Mauricio did a great job helping me troubleshoot a noise in my air conditioner. He was super professional, neat and helpful. After taking it all apart he was able to solve the problem in about an hour for a reasonable price. Will definitely use BL James again!
Our first experience with B.L. James & Son was fantastic. We messaged them when our ancient hot water heater sprung a leak and they got back to us within minutes to schedule a visit. Got us a very competitive quote right away and worked with our schedules to get someone out to replace the heater ASAP. The guys who replaced it were fantastic: professional, efficient, friendly, answered all of our questions patiently, and left the worksite spotless when they were done. Would highly recommend.
