Exceptional! Skilled, honest plumbing companies are hard to come by. Bill (the owner), Turé, Ken, and Lloyd were all outstanding to work with. UPDATE: The technician who diagnosed my clogged kitchen sink drain was incorrect in their assessment. Upon further reflection, it's silly to think the technician could properly diagnose the issue considering they didn't even turn on the water. What ended up being a vapor lock caused by a clogged drain vent (diagnosed and fixed personally) was originally diagnosed as either a clogged drain pipe or improper drain design because of too sharp a turn in the piping. The MINIMUM estimate to fix what was improperly diagnosed was about $800-900 just to snake the drain. Other estimates for unnecessary work reached upwards of $2,500. Needless to say, I will not be using The Plumbing Dr again.ORIGINAL POST: Very knowledgeable, and honest with their recommendations. I had an issue with my kitchen sink drain, and they assessed the issue, proposed solutions, and advised on potential alternatives. Not pushy in their sales either, which I appreciated.
