Called about 2 leaking toilets. Had an appointment at a later time. They were running ahead and called me to see if I was available. Which is really a great thing having the option for early availability. They were in and out super quick. Answered all my questions and explained what was wrong with my toilets. Pricing was on point over the phone when setting up the appointment. No hidden fees or surprises. They even got me quotes for things I'm waiting to schedule. Great overall down to Earth people. Looking forward to my needs being met in the future.

I really appreciate Martinez Plumbing and Drain being available on the weekend. I woke up to a busted underground pipe. Michael did a great job of communicating when he would arrive. When he did, he installed a bell valve on the water line, allowing me to shutoff the water until I can replace the underground pipes outside.
