I called multiple plumbers for my clogged sink and received unreasonable pricing… the Drain surgeon work with my availability..also instead of charging me a price I agreed to pay which was already better then other plumbers..he found a way to where my fee was not even a quarter of what I had already agreed to pay.. Best service ever !! I will never use any other plumber and neither should anyone else ..Respectful.. honest .. and overall great experience.. Very grateful I call the Drain Surgeon

After calling a few other companies who had "emergency appointments/same day appointments" listed on their websites, and finding out the next available appointment would've been between 3-4 days out, I called The Drain Surgeon. They listened to the issue, found availability to assist, and was out at the property less than 24 hours later! The issue was identified, addressed, and my tenants were happy! I should've called them first! But, now I know and will definitely make sure they're at the top of my list. I commend them for their professionalism, caring demeanor, and being empathetic with the situation. Highly recommend!

Drain Surgeon originally came out for a quote. We needed to have a leak fixed because it was traveling to the room downstairs from our master shower. They agreed that the leak was coming from the "drain pan" under our shower. It was cracked. So we decided to rearrange our bathroom, something we've been wanting to do, but kept holding off due to cost. They were very efficient and worked with us on price. We opted out from using their financial institution for a loan (Regents Bank). They had the plumber come out, fix and rearrange the pipes, and then had a bathroom remodeling team come out and start the work. Here are the Before and After
