They came out the same day, did an excellent job. Very honest didn’t try to add extra charges like the last company we dealt with. They did a bunch of work that we did not approve of intend to give them a bad review. This company is highly recommended.

I won’t use another plumber—Hometown Plumbing is professional, fair, and genuinely compassionate. They’re focused on fixing the issue, incredibly prompt, never waste time, and clearly know what they’re doing. Their tracking system also lets you know exactly when they’re on the way.
We were referred to them last-minute after going five days without hot water, and they rearranged their schedules to come out the same day our part arrived—on two separate occasions. It was unbelievably kind. I’ve saved them in my contacts, and you should too.

He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! Stayed in communication and presented my options regarding larger repairs that were needed. I felt completely confident in them and was so happy with the pricing I booked within the following weeks. Now I have brand new pipes and feel so relieved not having to worry about the plumbing.
