Your tech told me that they send him last minute and he only had short snake and it didn't reach althe way thru. This tech used 85ft snake and I was watching to make sure it went all the way thru. Same tech went to my house with same shrt snake and didn't reach to the end and had to donit 3 times and then you tried to charge me for more than 1 drain but I complained then you took off the ectra charges.When the tech left water was going very slow because he didn't clean it al the way.I had the same drain cleared by them in December but the tech didn't have the longer snake and wasn't able to clear completely. He told me if any problem he will come back to clear with longer snake with no charge but I called them back and they refused to it for free and charge me the full amount again for their fault. Your tech told me to come back for no charge. Kitchen has been closed and 1st time we used on on Monday and draining very slow. Even this wanted to stop but I made him to put snake all the way thru and cleared everything.I should get full refund but 1/2 will be nice to keep me as a customer. Thanks ??

Isaac and his associate were awesome. Isaac came in the day before assessed and gave me what the estimate. The next day, he and an associate showed up, they did the job cleaned up beautifully, matter of fact, they left it cleaner than when they first got there. Pricing didn't variate, they did a couple of extra things, which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend this team, no regrets! Ty Plumbing Doc!!
Last month, I called four local, different plumbing companies for a small, but important, plumbing repair to stop two old leaks. Since The Plumbing Doc was the only company who returned my call, came out, and gave me an estimate, I gave them the work. Aaron and Carissa came out earlier than expected, did the job, finished on time, and then gave me a senior discount. Cool. Then, they gave me a 10% additional discount for paying in cash. Nice.The Plumbing Doc is coming to my house tomorrow morning between 8:30-9:00 am to give me another estimate for a bigger, more important estimate for more under-the-house-work. I will, of course, get two or three more estimates, but they already have competition from the Plumbing Doc because I probably will hire them. I was happy with their work.
