Came earlier than promised, which was a VERY pleasant surprise. He repaired my problem and charged me a very good price. I will definite call them again, if I need a plumber again

With the year we have been having, it was no surprise to wake up the morning we were going to meet with the oncologist to find out our water heater died. Of course it did... Thanks to a fellow Moose recommendation of The Plumbing Doc, I reached out and they gave us an estimate and arranged for guys to come out to meet us after our appointment so they could check it out and advise. It was quick, easy, reasonably priced and relatively painless. We had a new water heater installed by end of working day. We were very pleased with the process and are grateful for The Plumbing Doc for having us back up and running.

Tankless H2O Heater yearly Maintenance went well. Two friendly workers jumped right in and fixed it up for another year without any issues. I have used this company for years and am very satisfied. Will continue to rely on them.

?????????? We recently purchased a bathtub from The Plumbing Doc and were impressed right from the start—the price was incredibly competitive, making it an easy choice. Unfortunately, the item was damaged during shipping. However, The Plumbing Doc handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and care. As soon as I reached out, they responded promptly, issued a full refund without hesitation, and offered a sincere apology—even though the damage occurred outside their control. Their customer service was outstanding: responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented. It’s rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind their service, and this experience has earned my trust. I’ll absolutely be returning to The Plumbing Doc for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and top-tier support!

We had to have a new sewer line installed - they were very professional with coordinating between PG&E, the cement workers, and their own crew. It was done in a timely manner. We also had a leak below our tile floor with our water heater. They were able to avoid breaking up the tile floor by rerouting through the attic. Can’t remember all the details, just know they didn’t have to ruin my brick wall in my kitchen or the tile floor. Problem was solved. Also they are quick to come out. Very pleased with their service.
