With the year we have been having, it was no surprise to wake up the morning we were going to meet with the oncologist to find out our water heater died. We had to have a new sewer line installed - they were very professional with coordinating between PG&E, the cement workers, and their own crew. It was done in a timely manner.We also had a leak below our tile floor with our water heater. They were able to avoid breaking up the tile floor by rerouting through the attic. Can’t remember all the details, just know they didn’t have to ruin my brick wall in my kitchen or the tile floor. Problem was solved. Also they are quick to come out. Very pleased with their service.
