While walking out to my shop recently I came across a broken water line between the street and the house. I called BYN and was fortunate enough to find out they had a recent cancellation and could respond within an hour! Initially there was one staff person, then two, and eventually three on-site working together. From the person who answered my phone call, to the staff that completed the repair, I could not be more appreciative and satisfied. Despite having three employees on-site for an extended period of time, I felt the final cost was very reasonable. And... they honored a 10% military veteran discount for me. I will hire them again, no question about it!
Installed new frost free hose bib and reconfigured copper piping under kitchen sink to accomadate new kitchen cabinet rebuild. Kyle and Seth worked well as a team. One in the crawls space and the other under the kitchen sink. New hardware installed, tested and area clean up for realignement work took just over 2 hours. They have the right attitude, right experience and right tools to make the job seamless with carpenter trades.
Kyle and his assistant were out to handle some issues for us. It's the second time we've worked with him and I can say all of the staff I've worked with are consistently professional, dependable and knowledgable. I'd highly recommend BYP and will continue to use them myself.
