Had a clog that prevented multiple fixtures from draining properly in the middle of the afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to fix it.
He asked questions to ensure he understood the issue and the how the house was plumbed. He explained some possible outcomes/risks and then snaked out the clog successfully.
Ruben showed up on time and was able to complete the work within an hour and a half.
