I am convinced these positive reviews are fake. Musso installed a $14,000 boiler in November of 2023. Now, since December of 2025, we have had nothing but problems with it. I have called Musso several times. They have charged me almost $400 to come out three separate times. Each time, they abruptly left saying they had spent too much time at our home. We never received a diagnosis, and still do not have heat in our home- they even told us to get another company out instead of them! Terrible customer service, very rude, and extremely pricey. They told me it'd be ANOTHER $400 just to have them take a part the furnace! Then what did I pay you $129 each time to come out to do a diagnosis for? Greedy, greedy, greedy.

Stay away from these jokesters. They will make the job bigger than what needs to be done to fill their pockets with profit! They charged me for a permit to replace a broken laundry line digging up the concrete in my basement when that didn't have to be dug up. Then findings where they never filed for the permit i paid for! I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office these spammers totally ignored it. Move Along do not use them they know the ins and outs and they will screw you as they did me.

Bravo! My husband and I cannot praise Musso and the technician, Jim Zimmer enough for the prompt, courteous and professional service we received. Early on a Sunday morning, during the hottest days of summer, our AC failed. We made the right choice calling Musso. There was not an answering service, Jim Zimmer answered the phone and was at our home within the hour. We needed to replace the dated AC unit and after we told Jim that we were entertaining an out of town guest later in the week, he was determined to get our home up and running cooler. The new AC unit was delivered in one day and Jim worked non-stop to complete the job in one day. Jim Zimmer was awesome. He is such an asset to Musso Heating and Plumbing that we will not hesitate to call Musso and Jim Zimmer for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Thank you for such excellent and professional service.

We were having several problems with our old furnace. Jim came out and told us that the inadequate furnace size was the main reason for our problems. He recommended a more efficient and higher BTU unit. We found Jim to be honest and knowledgeable. Your installer Joe came out and did a great job with the installation of our new furnace. Mr. Musso you have an excellent and dedicated staff. The ladies answering the phones and your technicians are courteous and professional. Based on our positive experience with your company, going forward you will be handling our plumbing and HVAC needs. I hope you take the time to recognize the legendary service provided by your team.
