Called them to install a new kitchen sink and I could not be more happy! They were easy to work with from getting it scheduled, helping me pick out a sink and the install was great. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. The attention to detail was something I was impressed with. They cleaned and made it look better than ever! I highly recommend using PCS!

We were able to get a timely appointment for boiler maintenance. Chris, our technician, was polite, respectful, very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. I called many plumbers before PCS, many either never responded or responded hours later. PCS set a fairly close window of a few hours.
James from PCS came as promised. I received communication texts. He Assessed our clog and drainage issue. He proceeded to methodically release the blockage without causing a huge mess.
He was able to use his equipment outside our house. He was polite, respectful, and professional. He even cleaned up after the fact.
The job quote window on the phone was the same as what we were charged, I’d even say a little less. I thought it was fair and reasonable based on the timing and job.
I would use PCS AGAIN and recommend them without reservation.
