Lux Plumbing & Drainage

Crazy amount of water comes into my sump and my sump pump had light on with short cycling, I called Andrew and he responded right away. The next day he replaced the floats and adjusted the pump cycles. And he tried to do the maintenance and cleaning work, but because of the volume of the water is too much, he couldn’t honour some of the work in the contract. Then He even credited back the money that I have already paid him, he is a good and honest guy. I will contact him if I need his service later.

Andrew is absolutely professional, quick, fair and one who understands emergencies and reacts swiftly. He has helped me not once but twice in the middle of night, a problem which should not happen in a new building. He will go out of his way to help in everything he can. Cant speak more highly, just would say god bless him and continue the great work! Would recommend him anytime and you wont regret!! Kudos to you Andrew, probably a late review but made it finally !

Andrew is absolutely amazing! He’s incredibly fair, knowledgeable, and always respectful. I really appreciate that he makes time for his customers and truly understands the importance of getting urgent jobs done quickly and professionally. This is actually the second time I’ve used his services — the first was back in 2021 for an emergency unclogging, and now again in 2025. Both times, he delivered outstanding results with the same positive attitude and great customer service. Andrew’s reliability, honesty, and quality of work are unmatched. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and passionate about what they do. Keep up the excellent work, Andrew — you’ve earned a loyal, lifelong customer!

Andrew was absolutely wonderful to work with! He arrived on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, and handled everything so professionally. You can tell he truly knows his work — very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He was amazing and by far the best plumber I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend!!
