Toby is very knowledgeable and friendly too. He used a camera to map out our drain tiles and sewer. He found an issue with the sewer line and was able to change his schedule to accomodate our emergency fix. The price was fair. I would recommend Tiffin.

We had a great experience with this this company. Jeff came in, inspected the issue thoroughly, and was genuinely honest and professional from start to finish. There were no hidden charges, and everything was exactly as promised. What we appreciated most was that he focused on giving us a real solution that would actually work for our situation, instead of overwhelming us with a long list of problems to assess. He was reliable, trustworthy, and clearly cared about helping rather than just upselling services. After a few years, the slow drip from our 40+ year old bathtub faucet turned into an almost steady stream over a very short period of time. I called Tiffin Plumbing, they had somebody available the next day, and a friendly Jeff showed up, today, and fixed the issue. Despite it seeming like a simple thing to replace, he asked me questions about the home's plumbing, told me why he was looking for the information, and was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do, what could go wrong, what to expect, etc., before diving in. Jeff was also quite thorough in testing the fix and he made sure that all was good before leaving. He also made recommendations based on the age of our building, should other problems arise. Today was the third time I’ve used Tiffin Plumbing. I bought a house built in 1979 this past August and have experienced a few plumbing issues…enough said. Jeff from Tiffin Plumbing has helped trouble shoot and resolve these issues. Each time he’s been very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
