Ace Plumbing and Heating

We have been long time customers of Ace Plumbing. They have been a trusted team, very knowledgeable and take extra care during the install. We recently replaced our HVAC system with a heat pump and furnace unit combo and we had a great experience right from the start. Mark took the time to assess our needs, answered all our questions and provided us with a very detailed estimate. Brian and Andrii installed the system and made sure we were informed of the progress during the 2 day install and cleaned up after. Behind this team of installers is the admin, Beth. She communicated with us via phone or text to coordinate our appointments. Ace Plumbing has been our trusted plumbing and heating company for the past 10 years.

I recently contacted Ace Plumbing to complete a small non emergency job, they had a person available within the area and showed up in 15 minutes. The plumber was excellent and provided me two options. Given it is a rental property, I needed to get the job done but was absolutely shocked with the cost. Once he was finished, I priced out the parts at Home Depot which cost $27 and i was charged $1200+ for the repair that took one person 2 hours to complete. I completely feel ripped off which is unfortunate.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and able to explain all aspects that his work would entail. His arrival time was sent every day 30 minutes in advance. He took great pride in his work His assistant was also polite and very professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to provide the company name or the service techs names to family and friends. In fact our neighbor contacted the team at our house while they were finishing up and was very impressed with the workmanship and is planning to have his house done in the fall. Job well done!

Jack and his team are amazing they built a whole hydronic baseboard heating system for my legal secondary suite i am building and installed a new combi Boiler, they also repiped the whole house to separate the suites water shut offs and also setting it up for a future water softner. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have been nothing but the best to work with and i am glad i chose them for the project

An absolutely exceptional customer experience!! We had an issue with a faucet that had been previously installed and ACE was quick to assist with no hesitation. We were really impressed! Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very efficient, topped with a great sense of humor that rounded out the experience. I would definitely recommend ACE Plumbing and Heating to anyone where excellent customer service is a top must on their list!

With so many plumbers to choose from, we were overwhelmed with where to start. It’s hard to know who will provide quality work at a fair price. We’re so pleased with our entire experience with ACE Plumbing. From booking the estimate with the friendly and organized admin team, to having Mark come out and provide a timely and transparent quote, to Gordon and his assistant completing the work — every step was professional, efficient, and informative. During the Poly-B replacement, I was home while the work was being done, and the crew was incredibly tidy and respectful. They minimized holes wherever possible and thoughtfully placed them in less noticeable areas, such as behind the fridge or inside closets. Of course, some exposed areas like ceilings and walls couldn’t be avoided, but that’s to be expected. Still, Gordon and his assistant completed the full replacement in just three days in our 2,300 sq. ft. home, and even went the extra mile by labelling the water lines in the utility room for clarity. Our drywaller also commented on how impressed he was with the plumbing team’s precision — noting how clean, straight, and consistent sizing their cuts were, making his repairs much easier. The plumbers even saved the drywall pieces in case we wanted to reuse them. Everyone we interacted with was kind, genuine, and clearly took pride in their work. We felt confident throughout the entire process and now have peace of mind knowing the job was done right — as if it were their own home.
