Andy did an awesome job and was very thorough fixing a blockage in my kitchen sink that caused water issues in my laundry area. He is very pleasant, and knows his stuff. He offered to help me with another issue I had downstairs that took only a few minutes - however he did not have to do that. I would highly recommend his services! Thanks again Andy! :)

We bought a new washing machine and when we disconnected the hoses the taps on the wall were leaking. Neptune was able to send someone out the next morning before the new machine was delivered. Riley was awesome!! He was a great communicator and explained every step. Easy to talk to. Office team was also very professional and helpful.

He took care of our 14-year-old gas water heater that suddenly started leaking on a Sunday morning, right as we were on our way out for our kids’ sports game. Logan arrived in short notice, fully prepared with all the necessary tools and a replacement water tank just in case, and he resolved the issue, we were stressed about and had no idea how to resolve, within 3 hours.
