Great experience with Neptune Plumbing and Heating for the excellent service! They were out on short notice to replace our water softener and tackle some extra repairs. Andy did an awesome job and was very thorough fixing a blockage in my kitchen sink that caused water issues in my laundry area. He is very pleasant, and knows his stuff. He offered to help me with another issue I had downstairs that took only a few minutes - however he did not have to do that. I would highly recommend his services! Thanks again Andy! :)
We bought a new washing machine and when we disconnected the hoses the taps on the wall were leaking. Neptune was able to send someone out the next morning before the new machine was delivered. Riley was awesome!! He was a great communicator and explained every step. Easy to talk to. Office team was also very professional and helpful.
