Plumbing & Heating Paramedics

My furnace broke down unexpectedly and I was in search of after-hours emergency service. P&H Paramedics staff, Nicole, Justin, Josh, and Mike, provided excellent customer service and demonstrated great professionalism. Regardless the deal being competitive or not, overall the experience was smooth, comfortable, and with an ease of mind at the end. Thank you for your service.

We recently had an emergency service provided by the Plumbing & Heating Paramedics after waking up to a ruptured hot water tank in our basement. We are very happy with the response time, the management follow up, and most importantly the crew that was sent to our home. Kurtis and Jack were energetic, helpful, informative, and kept us updated throughout the process. They kept the job site incredibly clean and were able to work around another crew remediating the water damage. The company explored all options for a new hot water tank and thoroughly consulted with us on our choice to go from two tanks down to one larger tank. They also added a drip pan/drainage in the event there’s a future leak it heads towards the drain and not towards the finished basement. The same day service was greatly appreciated as was the quality of work and warranty. Thank you Kurtis, Jack, Devon, Kellen and the the team at Plumbing & Heating Paramedics.

Sterling was excellent! We came home from a vacation to find a leaking water tank - they came right away and spotted the issue, came up with a solution, and found another problem that were so thankful he spotted. He and Josh came the next morning and replaced everything. Professional and helpful, so grateful!
