Ricardo is a very honest hard working guy that is willing to do anything it takes to get the job done and do it right. We had some hiccups on my particular water heater removal and install but he made it happen. Would 100% recommend his service.
Deb Gunia
Ricardo is the best! He takes pride in his work and wants the best for his customers. It’s a relief to know that when he finishes a job that it is done right!!! It was a pleasure working with him and we will call on him again for any future plumbing issues.

My tankless water heater developed a leak. I contracted Francois Plumbing and was very happy with the support and very quick service. He helped me find a better tankless water heater to replace my obsolete one. Installed it in an hour and a half. Very professional and honest communication and pricing. I found my plumber.

This was the second time we had Ricardo come out to our house. The first time he came out, he took care of our slow draining kitchen sink.
This time, he took care of a leak from the cold water spigot on our washing machine that needed to be replaced.
Both times, Ricardo's price was more than reasonable, he was able to get to us quickly, and treated our house with respect. If you're looking for professional, quality work, he's your guy. I highly recommend him!
Ronnell Brown
Wonderful experience with Ricardo! He is the owner and the worker, you are receiving his expertise and workmanship. He replaced a 18 year old water heater (non-emergency, I was being proactive).
Communication was an A+ and I highly recommend!
