Emanuel and Derek were awesome. Had a leak from my bathtub dripping into my kitchen and they were able to fix the problem and replace the spout and nobs. Everything was quick and they were done in no time at all.

Unfortunately my water heater had a leak which was pouring out water. Roto Rooter got to my house within an hour and a half of my call (a competitor couldn’t get to me until the next day!) Emanuel arrived with a smile and great attitude. He quickly identified the problem, gave me a quote and got to work. I have a little bit of a challenging house set up but he never made it feel like it was an issue for him. He replaced my water heater and removed the old one all while maintaining his friendly demeanor. We will use Roto Rooter in the future and recommend their services to those in need. Jacob is a genuinely awesome person and and FANTASTIC technician. He arrived promptly within our service window and got right to work. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything ahead of time so there were no surprises. Unfortunately, our sewer line has to be replaced, so he wasn't able to access the clog, but we genuinely appreciate all his efforts, and will be using Roto Rooter going forward.
