Recently had a Generac house standby generator installed by Horizon. There’s not enough room to completely describe how pleased I am with the experience. From the initial estimate to the final turn key job. The technicians were professional, friendly and most of all very knowledgeable about the project. I had 2 other estimates for the job but it was clear that they were the best in all categories. They cared for my property as if it was their own. I give them and Horizon Services the absolute highest recommendation possible.
Jessie was great to work with. When I found water on my floor it turned out to be a leaking water heater. We called this company and they arrived within an hour. The technician Jessie went above and beyond helping us to resolve the issue. He was so kind and explained every step of the process. He spend the entire day resolving our issue. He wanted to ensure it was handled correctly. I can tell that this company cares about customer service. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
My technicians were extremely knowledgeable and super nice. They answered all my questions and I have faith that they will do a great job when I get the new generator.I decided to get a generator after we lost power for a week because of storms. Matt, Ryan and their team did an awesome job and I would refer them to anyone needing a new generator or any other services they supply. Everything went great and their team was very nice and knew Everything about the services and was able to answer all my questions.
