We were able to get our water heater replaced within a day of the initial visit. We were kept up to date on timing through texts. Harleen (technician - spelling may not be right) was excellent. Very friendly, helped me understand the job, very efficient and knowledgeable. Gave me information to record re: warranties, maintenance and communication. And Mark, who helped with the tank moving, was very nice to deal with also. Overall, a very pleasant service experience. And the phone communication with Ally was professional and much appreciated.

It was my first time working with Mr. Swirl, and I’m quite happy with the whole experience. Booking an appointment was really easy, and they were able to send a technician to our home quickly. They have various payment methods available, and their office is good at staying in contact to remind you of upcoming visits. They are on the pricey side, but the cost comes with peace of mind (since they guarantee their work) and speedy service.

I’d like to commend our technician, Nathan, for his thoroughness and professionalism. He took his time in investigating our issue, was meticulous in his work, and always ensured the space was neat and clean after he was done.
