He even had a special machine to move out my stacked dryer and washer, which made his job much easier. My laundry space is very tiny, and I thought access would be impossible, but with his equipment and experience, he got it done perfectly and on time. I was really impressed! I actually got Sam’s name through a recommendation from the concierge of the building where we have a rental unit. After our tenants moved out, they left behind quite a few problems, and we needed someone reliable, certified, and immediately available — since the apartment was already rented to new tenants.
