Josh was a great plumber. We had back up in our shower. He was able to snake the pipes, by removing the toilet, and found roots. He was polite and kept me informed each step of the way. Then at the end he gave me suggestions to keep the pipe from clogging back up before we can get it repaired.Thank you again Josh.
Both the people scheduling the service and the plumber Shawn were excellent to work. The original appointment was for the next day, but we received a call when they were able to come in the evening on the same day which we appreciated. The plumber was friendly clearly explained the issue and completed the repair efficiently. I also appreciated the timely update calls regarding arrival time overall a smooth and professional experience.

Mike from Roto-Rooter was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. He worked efficiently, respected our home, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. You could tell he really cared about doing the job right, not just getting in and out. Great experience overall — I would definitely recommend Mike and Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing help.
The first individual who came out was great! Extremely professional and informative and made great progress in clearing the drain. After he left another tech came out with his camera, inspected the line and stated it was still clogged with roots and we would need to have the six feet of pipe dug up and replaced for $4,800! We don't have that much money and why did he not call the first tech back to clear the rest of the line in the other direction? The techs manager said he would have to send out a backhoe to dig up a pipe two feet down! A backhoe, seriously! Twenty-four inches deep at best. I could do that with a garden spade. We paid $665 for the first tech with a six-month guarantee of the work he did. Why did he not come back and finish what he started? We would be hard pressed to call RotoRooter ever again.Revised, after receiving a call from customer service, RotoRooter sent out another technician, Javier who reviewed the situation and determined that snaking the line an additional time with water running he would be able to clear the line better than the first time now that he knew the was still some root issues from the camera images. Both our first technician and Javier were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you both for your efforts in getting our line clear. Happy Holidays alto you both.
