Atherton wanted $1,360 to install a warranty replacement water heater. It took me 15 minutes to get two quotes for as little as half their price. Their people who came to the house seemed good but I’d recommend checking a price before engaging them.

Sunday morning text from our tenants that shower, sink and toilet were backing up. Called Atherton, they explained the emergency pricing, tech called me 5 minutes later and asked some questions and walked me through the process and pricing. 5 minutes later i had a text with a picture of my technician, Nick, and that he was on his way. 30 minutes later i met himat the property, everything fixed in less than an hour, keeping me in the loop at every step. He did a great job of fixing the issue and cleaning up after himself. I love Atherton for their responsiveness and quality of work.

The technician (Jason Maxwell) was professional and friendly. He explained everything well, took care of the issue, and provided additional advice for taking care of our water heater and for potential recurrent issues. The communication over text from the company was also very helpful. I appreciated the short description and photo of the technician so we had some information about him before he arrived. Overall, very pleased with the services. Price was reasonable for the services provided, similar to other plumbing services in the area.
