Advanced Plumbing Services

My water heater was making unusual noises so I called Advanced Plumbing. John made time to stop by my house that morning and was very professional, informative, and kind. He clearly shared my options and didn’t try to upsell. I would trust his expertise and suggestions and will definitely call him when future plumbing issues arise.

John has helped me on multiple critical issues, from a clogged pipe upstairs that was leaking through the downstairs A/C vent, to a clogged kitchen sink, to frozen external pipes. He has always been timely, gave a fair price, and always fixed the issue without selling additional. More important, he is a great guy. Always friendly, cares about his customers and cares about the quality work he performs. He is my go to guy and I would not think of using anyone else.

Highly recommend this company! (I never write reviews but absolutely had to for this company!) The owner himself came to our rescue and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Circumstances made the leak hard to find but it became quickly evident that he possessed enough skill and experience to know how to overcome each obstacle he encountered; went way above my expectations to make sure the leak was not only quickly found but fixed with the least amount of disruption to my house and belongings. He was meticulous, answered all my questions and concerns with great care and precision, and is obviously passionate about his work as was demonstrated by his level of excellence in all he said and did. Can’t say enough good things about the owner and his company. Highly highly recommend!
