He has always been timely, gave a fair price, and always fixed the issue without selling additional. More important, he is a great guy. The owner himself came to our rescue and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Circumstances made the leak hard to find but it became quickly evident that he possessed enough skill and experience to know how to overcome each obstacle he encountered; went way above my expectations to make sure the leak was not only quickly found but fixed with the least amount of disruption to my house and belongings.

He was meticulous, answered all my questions and concerns with great care and precision, and is obviously passionate about his work as was demonstrated by his level of excellence in all he said and did.

Can’t say enough good things about the owner and his company. Highly highly recommend!

After my handyman canceled 5 appointments to replace my kitchen faucet, I called John at 3 pm on a Thursday. John immediately asked if I was available the next day. I told him I was not available until after 3pm. He said he would check his schedule and get back to me, or he could do it Saturday. Within a few minutes he scheduled my appointment for 3pm on Friday. 2:45pm on Friday he texted that he was on his way. 2:55 he arrived early in a very impressive looking van. Without any delay he proceeded to replace my faucet. Despite some unrelated plumbing problems, he quickly completed the installation and restored the under-sink area to its original condition. Everything is working perfectly. John was dressed very professionally and did excellent work ON TIME! If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing.
