He listened to my concerns, carefully evaluated the situation, and based on his vast knowledge and experience, was able to put my mind at ease and explain what was happening and offer solutions. We had a broken water line and the City had to turn our water off. This was on a Friday evening. I was sure we wouldn't be able to get anyone out on a weekend and with the recent freeze, I could only think it was going to be bad. Haltex was able to get someone out on Saturday and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Sergio was so nice and very good at this job. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Received a call from Ivan at 9:34 A.M to apologize for what had occurred... also informed me he would get that quote together.... keep all informed!!!

Ivan sent quote overall to conclude its really not the fault of the company just another example of this LAZY generation...the quote had no details or itemization of the 8240... how much was the permits? How much was the excuvation.
Received response from the owner... in conclusion; I failed to mention the above services were done at no charge...the underpinning was put back on by me. When I called originally... was to inquire about the COST to provide an estimate for services. Found there pricing very fair!!!!!
