We had a broken water line and the City had to turn our water off. This was on a Friday evening. I was sure we wouldn't be able to get anyone out on a weekend and with the recent freeze, I could only think it was going to be bad. Haltex was able to get someone out on Saturday and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Sergio was so nice and very good at this job.
