Way overcharged, the guy came in less than 15 mins. as he said he was in the area and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes, no parts were needed, was charged close to $200. I asked why the amount was so high, his explanation was for the travel cost.Go2 will definetly never be my "go to" for any future plumbing service. Their pricing is ridiculous. Might as well have charged me $1000. It feels with them if they walk in your door and see nice furniture, in their minds they pump up the price automatically and hopes the customer doesn't notice.
