This company is the best. I needed a plumber to scope a sewer line in the house we were buying and they came and were not able to scope the full pipe because the way the clean out was set up. They didn’t charge me even though they took time out of their day to do it. I will for sure be using them for any future plumbing work we may need. ???? [ we also have used them now to install a bathtub and they did a great job and price was reasonable!]

It's so difficult finding a plumber that is fair in pricing, personable and who does quality work. Robert at Plumbing Masters NW exhibited all these qualities. He also appreciated my Veteran status Military Service, and Law Enforcement service, and personally thanked me for the sacrifices involved in public service. His pricing was incredibly reasonable, considering I obtained multiple written estimates from other plumbers. He was on time, easy to contact, returned all my calls promptly, and the quality of work was excellent. The work done was a large job. We put in a new kitchen in an above ground basement. We had to cut concrete to tie into the sewer for the clothes washer drain. We had to put in new plumbing for the sink, drains, dishwasher as well. All the work was inspected by the City, and passed with no issues. He also replaced the regulator shut off valve to return proper water pressure to entire house. Robert was a pleasure to work with, and I will use his services for all future work! I highly recommend their plumbing services. Thanks again Robert and Plumbing Masters NW!

I recently retired and decided to remodel our master bath. Having over thirty years of construction management experience I decided to manage the work and hire the specialty subcontractors to some of the work, and that included plumbing. Plumbing Masters NW gave me a fair market price for the work. They arrived on the scheduled date, and worked hard until the work was completed. It took two plumbers several hours to complete the work. They were very professional and polite. Upon completion they reviewed the work several times to ensure there would be no call-backs. I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend them.
