Reviews
What customers say
Positive accounts praise the work: Darius is credited with a quick, professional repair of a leaking outdoor faucet, while a customer describes a bathtub installation as a great job. In that customer’s account, a sewer-line scope could not cover the full pipe because of the cleanout setup, and the company did not charge. A reviewer also raised concern about an employee’s social-media remarks and urged management to take it seriously.

Lisa Murano
An employee of Plumbing Expert NW, TJ Johnson, made a racist remarks on social media. This was very concerning and reflects poorly on the company’s image. I hope management takes this seriously.
Brianna Bettenhausen
Overall fantastic experience! I had Darius come out and fix my leaking outdoor faucet. Very professional and kind and got the job done quick! I was given a time estimate of 2:00- 6:00 and they came at 3:30 so very speedy.
I will definitely call them for future plumbing issues in the future.
Rose Maras
This company is the best. I needed a plumber to scope a sewer line in the house we were buying and they came and were not able to scope the full pipe because the way the clean out was set up. They didn’t charge me even though they took time out of their day to do it. I will for sure be using them for any future plumbing work we may need. ???? [ we also have used them now to install a bathtub and they did a great job and price was reasonable!]
