They made everything so convenient. Worked out fine for me.
Stay away from this company. They do not complete work they are paid to do. In 2021, I paid them to fix a leak and replace all my cast iron. On April 29th 4 yrs later I called them back for another leak. I thought there maybe a leak from their glued joint. Im tall with knee issues so its hard to get under the house so I wouldnt go under to check. After calling them back in. They claim to have fixed the problem sameday and charged me 2500 to repair. I paid and made them leave the hole open to dry. Luckily I did because the very next morning the hole was filled to the max with water. I had to call them back in to repair the same leak nearly everyday until May 5th. On each visit his employee Alfredo asked for more money and money for his time onsite. Which I wouldnt pay. They did repairs on good pipe that wasnt leaking. For a week we continued to have same leak. While Alfredo was under my house again on May 5th I decided to see why or what was going on. Why they couldnt fix it the first 4 times. I surprised Alfredo, I went under my own house and I found they left (2) pipes unconnected for 4 yrs. NEVER changed out all of the cast iron I originally paid them for and recharged me for a leak they never fixed originally in 2021. They were paid in 2021 to repair a leak. One was to my washer and the other to my kitchen sink. Same pipe left totally open with no connection to drain, just dumping water under my house on the ground with every use. I MADE A VIDEO. Alfredo asked for money again. I asked for a full refund of the 2500 I paid for this repair. At first Alfredo tried to claim they didn't leave it. I showed them the receipt they were paid to fix it. Alejandro shows up May 6th. After trying to bs me. He agreeds his guys messed up but gave me all kinds of bs reasons to why he had no money at the time to refund me. Asked me to give him 2 weeks to come up with $800.00 in which I didnt agree. I told him I want the full refund of 2500. Its been over a month now and Alejandro has ignored all my text messages to all requests for refund. Hasn't refunded a dime. Stay away from these guys. They don't fix your problems they make them worse. Now I have to call in a structure company to verify and quote for structure damage to my home. Which is another hell you don't want to deal with so Stay away.
We called them to get air out of our pipes.. They checked the pressure and it was over 85 psi. Fairfield is recommended between 20 and 80. They went to Home Depot and purchased a part for $154.00. They did some cutting on the pipes and started doing spot welding and finally got to the place where water would run without leaks. Then I got the bill. I was shocked because they charged me $350.00 labor charge, $350.00 materials, $380.00 trip charge, then additionally $150 with no description for the charge..I had called this company before when I was able to offset some of their fees due to Home Warranty. I thought they were a bit over priced, but I firmly believe it now. I will not use them again and would not recommend their services to anyone.
They are scammers, be careful!! I called them and when they came they spoke in a language that was incomprehensible, it was neither Spanish nor English, they were not professionals, when they came they broke into my kitchen to see if there was a leak but they couldn't find it and they wanted to charge me $700 for doing nothing, on the contrary they should pay for breaking it without authorization!! They charge too much and they only try to take advantage of people's emergencies, I do not recommend them.
Called Alejandro’s Plumbing and he promptly arrived to my residence to fix a water pipe in the wall that was accidentally drilled into. He cut into the wall to assess the damaged water pipe, had told me it was the fire sprinkler water pipe line and not the main water pipe line. He wanted to charge me $650 to do a temporary fix and then an additional $200 to come back the next day to do a permanent fix. I told him I had shut off the main water line just in case to prevent any water coming from that line and he told me that both the main water line and the fire sprinkler line are connected and if I wanted running water that night it would need to get fixed for $650. I was told that normally these lines are separate but he insisted that they were connected and I told him I wanted to check but he said not too, because if water were to come out of the hole in the pipe it would cause more water damage. I then told him I had someone that would fix it cheaper and he said ok then go with him, I’m charging you $250 just for coming out to assess the damage, he did not fix anything and all he did was just cut a hole into the wall to see the damaged pipe. After he left I turned on the main water line to see if water would come out of the damaged fire sprinkler water pipe line that I accidentally drilled into and to no surprise there was no water spraying out from the hole. The plumber basically lied to me when he said that the main water line and the fire sprinkler lines are connected, to try and get me to pay the $650 to do a temporary fix so that I could get running water. Will not recommend his services, he is only trying to take advantage of people that had an emergency fix and to charge me $250 to just assess the damage is very unprofessional.
