I will never deal with all ameriican plumbing again, I have never dealt with a company that allows their employees to talk to the customer the way they talked to me, such a negative attitude !! AHS chose this company to fix my plumbing stoppage, I reported the issue on 17 feb and as of 4 march couldn't deal with the issue any longer so I hired another plumber for a second opinion he was able to fix my blockage in 2 hours after waiting 16 days to get this resolved it was fixed in 2 hours, I paid the new plumber out of my own pocket instead of fighting with AHS and all american plumbing and it was worth every penny! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I left numerous messages for the manager to call me but she never called. I was treated like a nobody, and my plumbing issue was not important to this company it didn't matter I couldn't use my bathroom or washing machine for 16 days. I was very stressed and my blood pressure was thru the roof over this. I felt like I didn't matter to this company. No one should ever be treated that way.I will be sure to share my experience with all my family, friends and coworkers. I would not ever recommend All ameriican plumbing please try to avoid the stress if possible!
If I could have left zero stars, I would have. I had a water heater replaced through my warranty company and this company came out and did an estimate. After about 5 days of no hot water in my house, they finally sent the inspection to my warranty company and got the approval. They never called me to set up an appointment for installation. I had to call them. They charged me $845 to get my system “up to code.” Well I don’t know what all that meant because the people that answer the phones couldn’t tell me. So I paid the $845 and literally was left with a mess of an installation. Attached is a picture of the work they did to get it up to code. Do not let this company do any work for you. They replaced the drain pan, which there was nothing wrong with my original pan and this is the quality of work they did. Tell me this won’t leak if it gets filled with water from the tank.
On December 15th, a service request was placed through American Home Shield. This company didn't show up until December 18th, only to determine that the water heater needed to be replaced. At that point, my tenants had already been without hot water for four days in 31-degree weather.?After the diagnostic was finally submitted on the 19th, I was told I had to pay $540 in non-covered costs, which I agreed to immediately. However, when it came time to actually do the work, All American Plumbing told my tenant they wouldn't be able to perform the installation until two weeks after Christmas. When I called them myself to confirm this ridiculous timeline, they just told me I could get a "cash-out" from the warranty company instead of them doing their job.?This company does not deserve the name "All American." The 82nd Airborne All Americans stand for excellence and mission accomplishment; this company stands for neither. If you are going to treat warranty customers like second-class citizens by pushing us to the back of the line for weeks during a winter emergency, then you should not deal with warranty companies at all.?I ended up having to pay $2,400 to a different company for a same-day installation because I actually care about the safety and health of my tenants. All American Plumbing clearly does not. Avoid them at all costs if you expect professional or timely service.
Not only is this gross, entitled behavior…. It’s also illegal. Never using this company.Response to owners response: just because the driver of the truck is VA and handicapped doesn’t give them the entitlement of illegally parking on a clearly yellow lined spot for handicapped wheel chair. If the owner is too old to park legally or know the driving laws, don’t drive anymore.
David, Candace, Jennifer and everyone I spoke to or worked with throughout the installation of our new hot water heater was fantastic. Normally I do my own repairs but this one was too involved with bringing up to code and everything else. I am glad I went with All American, they got the job done right and done quick!
