I had asked your office to send your your man out with a tall ladder cause I have a 11 foot six ceiling and I need a couple lights, new bulbs and Bella and them which I had which I told your office and he should have a no ladder at all and I had a 10 foot and a 7 foot he picked up the 7 foot complained about it all the time and I told her he would not use the 10 foot because he said he he can’t so he couldn’t reach the ceiling. He said he couldn’t work on it. He said he had to have new fixtures because these are older than used. They’re not older than you. They’re very, very new but way newer than my home said he couldn’t use the bulb even though they’re still in the cage never been used never out of a brand new cage he couldn’t use the ballast because they were still in the box. He didn’t buy them and he couldn’t give up on the ladder cause he didn’t have enough ladder and everything. He said he couldn’t do. It was not a thing that he said he could do so I sent him home. I had an employee like that. It would never put a day in. I was a commercial general contractor with the highest license you can get for 31 years built some major project around Colorado had a lot of good years 31 years of a good solid contracting business. I had it up to 125 employees if I had one show up like that it would not must be a single day. I hope you enjoy supporting him because he has not announced that to your company.
Dagan and Maddix from Lion Home Service did an amazing job cleaning our ducts! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain the entire duct cleaning process, including inspecting the system, cleaning all supply and return vents, using powerful vacuum equipment to remove built-up dust and debris, and brushing out the ductwork to make sure everything was completely cleared.They were very respectful of our home, carefully protecting floors and surrounding areas while they worked, and they left everything spotless when they were finished. You can really tell they take pride in what they do.We’ve already noticed a difference and feel much better knowing our system is clean. Highly recommend Lion Home Service and especially Dagan and Maddix for anyone needing professional duct cleaning!
I was needing a new ac and furnace system and contacted Keith Evans. When Charity came out and looked over our system on a Sunday, she gave us her honest review was kind and courteous and professional. We ended up needing a new system and Lions was able to send out a team the next day to install a new ac and heating system. Ben Sterkel the electrician was fast, efficient and easy to talk to, Savana Lucas and Pat Yanes were very efficient with the removal of the old units and and installing the new ones. Dagan Chabot and Maddix Torres did a great job with the duct cleaning. I want to thank all of them for such great work and professionalism. Thank you all.
