I was really happy with jayden, however, I did feel like there was a pressure campaign to sign up and get the work, get the job. I wasn’t able to catch my breath and contact the people who installed my heat pump in the first place. Feeling pressure to sign up actually eroded some trust.
Austin who did our job is amazing. Smart, friendly, and knows his stuff. You won’t find a better plumbing and heating guy around, and a really big asset to his company. He’s the kind of guy that makes you recommend them to your friends. No need to look further just call these guys. Scheduling was easy, job site nice and clean, and everything explained perfectly. Will be a repeat customer.
Update: Matt came back for our maintenance appointment for the heat pumps. Another 5? service!Matt was professional and courteous. He came to fix a installation job partly failed by Kerivan Lane in Needham and fixed our leaking problem from the mini split condensate pump. Blue Bear has a dispatch fee to come out and check what's wrong with our system, and the option to sign on for service plan and clearly explained to me. Unlike the failed aforementioned company, trying to force me to shell out $800 to subscribe to their service plan before they will come out to fix their own installation problem.My experience with Blue Bear is that they are honest and know what they are doing. It's hard to find a company to do work which is honest and knowledgeable nowadays! Highly recommend Blue Bear for your HVAC needs!
Had a terrific experience sending them out to help my grandmother who lives out of state. Issue was resolved very professionally, the people who came to her house were kind, courteous, and thoroughly explained the situation to her -- and the service charge was very low. Will definitely be using them again.
Dan did a great job! He was very professional and engaging. He listened, answered my questions, and discussed different options.The 4 star rating is due to their scheduling. I was never called in the morning to tell me whether they would be here in the morning or afternoon. Once I was able to reach someone, I was told they were currently dealing with an emergency, but she would pass the message on to the dispatcher. I had to reach out again to get a sense of time (it was just before 1 at this point) and I was told they were dealing with an emergency and would be there between 2 - 4. At 4:15, I called and was told they needed to reschedule. Maybe they didn't have enough people that day, but I would have hoped they would have contacted me proactively. It was easy to reschedule and they gave me the first time slot. I just wish I hadn't had to of wasted a day waiting.
