We've used this company in the past, and used them today as an emergency call (called yesterday; got me in today). Although there was some confusion over what the actual issue was (our line or the city line), they went above and beyond to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend!
If you value your money do not spend it on services from here. The owner will make any excuse to charge you an absurd rate and will attempt to turn a quick fix into multiple visits. A second plumbing company was required to fix there mistakes and did it for a fraction. Next level unprofessionalism
No return calls on a Saturday when it states 24 hours.Waited 6 hours and gave up.Will be calling someone else.When I called in 2 days later at 11 am Monday, I asked why no one had called me even when shop opened, lady had no idea. She also told me they could be there Thursday... 4 days with frozen pipes. Later found out the work they did underneath the mini home about a year ago (which is why i called them to begin with) was not done correctly, and cost more money to have their mess fixed. Lady on phone at Hello plumber checked and verified there was NO WARRANTY on their work at the mini home. AVOID AT ALL COST. I never post reviews, but in this case i feel i should.
I had two issues at home (kitchen and bathroom), both due to old plumbing. Trevor was over today and did the work in just a few hours; much faster than expected. My new faucet is in and my bathroom sink is draining well again! Thank you so much!
We discovered an old cast iron drain pipe was leaking so we called a few plumbers.Hello Plumbers was awesome!The other company sent two people out to assess the situation and then sent the foreman out the next day. After 2 separate visits we didn't even have a quote (and they were late both times).Hello Plumbers on the other hand called because they were running EARLY. Andrew showed up ready to work with his tools and a length of pipe! He cut out the whole cast iron pipe and replaced it in under an hour and charged 1/3 of what the other company ended up quoting us!We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Andrew at Hello Plumbing!
