Highly recommend and satisfied with work!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but was very impressed with the service from this company. I called to have someone look at my mom's clogged sink. Mark was very helpful on the phone and the next day, Brianna got her unclogged. My mom said Brianna was fantastic. They will definitely be my first call if we ever need a plumber again.

Very Disappointed with Leachman Plumbing - Unprofessional and Dishonest Service

I’ve been a loyal customer of Leachman Plumbing for over five years, relying on their services for various repairs around the house. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and left me questioning their professionalism and honesty.

The technician sent to fix a clogged toilet used a tool that, instead of being covered in rubber as I would expect, left noticeable scratches on the toilet bowl. When I contacted the shop, the manager claimed the technician had reported seeing a sharp tool in the bathroom and suggested that it was our fault. This was completely untrue. My spouse and I both work full-time and have no reason to fabricate a story. We’ve always trusted Leachman Plumbing until now.

In my opinion, this situation highlights a lack of honesty and accountability, as the manager might have chosen to cover up the technician’s mistake instead of addressing the issue fairly. For honesty, professionalism, and fairness, I’d rate them a 0/10. While some technicians may be good, this experience has left me questioning their integrity.

I had Leachmans installed plumbing for a new washer in dryer in my home. I have to say I was not really impressed with them. First I wanted to have the plumbing behind the washer and dryer (not on the side) but when I got home after work they told be they could not get it through the back so they placed it on the side (they really should have told me about that before proceeding). I was a bit upset but trusted their expertise.

I later found, when my electrician came to finish the job to install the electrical components of the job and the vent for the dryer, that not only they could have gone through the back like I wanted (it would have been more difficult, but much more convenient for me once installed), but that by moving the plumbing to the side they had actually damaged some of my wiring (as pictured, you can see the empty drilled holes and the damaged wire). They ought to have known there was a wire there as it was clarly visible (also pictured) but they still damaged it and failed to tell me about it.

It is clear they knew they hit something and they probably knew exactly what it was. Nevertheless, I brought the issue to their attention and demanded compensation for material and time for my electrician on two occasions, but they did not even acknowledged my complaint. My electrician only found out because he was doing other work in the house. If the issue had gone unnoticed, it would have left live and exposed aluminum wires in my home, which is a significant fire hazard.

On the bright side, the install works, but it was far from a nice experience.
