Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise helpful, skilled service: one describes Brianna patiently replacing a shower-and-tub cartridge, while another says Brianna unclogged a sink at her mother's home the day after Mark helped by phone. One customer reported that a tool used during a clogged-toilet repair scratched the toilet bowl and said the manager attributed the damage to a sharp tool in the bathroom. Another said washer-and-dryer plumbing was placed on the side, reported that the work damaged wiring, and said two requests for compensation went unacknowledged.

I am so upset. Didn't get past the phone call . ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS BOOK SOMEONE TO UNCLOG MY SINK. WHAT A CONDESCENDING EMPLOYEE ON THE OTHER END. SERIOUSLY WOULD NEVER LET THEM IN MY HOME . HORRIBLE MAN.

Required the services of a skilled crafts for “ole school” maintenance ! Replacement of combo shower & tub cartridge (original install 30 + yrs ) Brianna proved the skill set & understanding of the craft with a timely task completed with patience and service oriented approach ! Highly recommend and satisfied with work!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but was very impressed with the service from this company. I called to have someone look at my mom's clogged sink. Mark was very helpful on the phone and the next day, Brianna got her unclogged. My mom said Brianna was fantastic. They will definitely be my first call if we ever need a plumber again.
