Numerous plumbers said my problem with my septic was going to require nearly $7k worth of issues AND I needed a new water heater. RJ Parins was able to do the job much more cost-effectively, as well as explained I don’t need a new water heater anytime soon. They aren’t going to sell you stuff you don’t need just to make a quick buck. Instead, they are ethical, reliable, and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Relatively new to the area, we started reaching out to local plumbers to install a new toilet and vanity that we had already purchased to turn a room in the basement from a rough plumbed room ready to be a bathroom into a functioning ½ bath. We also wanted a toilet upstairs replaced, again with a toilet we already purchased. Of the sixteen plumbers/companies I reached out to, I heard back from three. Two of those would only install fixtures purchased from them. R J Parins was able and willing to do the install for us. Their service time was prompt, and their worker was very professional, kind, cleaned up after himself, and did quality work. The price was super reasonable and we were very pleased with the work and experience. We then had them come out and replace an outside hose bib for us. We had a different tech show up, but had the exact same experience as the first time. This morning we woke up to no hot water and a wet basement floor. I called Jessica and they will have someone out today to fix/replace the water heater. Our overall experience with them has earn them loyal customers from this household.

Installed plumbing wrong (failed basic inspections, didn't install valves in places we asked for), replaced not required or requested items, made us remove a wall, part of a ceiling, and a floor for a project that didn't need that much removed, blew up main water intake for which we had to pay another company $5000 to repair it (they claim it was our fault cause pipe was older), and charged us double the quoted price. They will ill not answer calls or multiple emails about many problems. (Attached is the picture of the failed connection to a water heater {needs 18 inches of clearance} which we will start to be fined for soon unless they fix or we hire a new plumber)
