We had a leak that had been seeping under the floor tile in our laundry room. When we finally noticed it, we thought it was the hot water heater.Tommy checked the water heater thoroughly and could not find any leaks. He even went under the house and said everything was dry.He went the extra mile and, even though he said he couldn’t work on our furnace, he found some moisture at the bottom of it. He opened the panel, found a small leak, and videotaped it for me so I could send it to the HVAC repairman.It turned out to be a clogged condensation drain. With Tommy’s great research, the HVAC repairman was able to fix it very quickly.Both my sister and I have used this company for years and highly recommend them.
