Just had my 50 gallon water heater replaced with a tankless heater and a whole house water filter installed by LevelUp. I was NOT happy at all. The plumber that was sent out COULD NOT MAKE THE REPAIR. I showed him the part that was needed and could have been purchased at Home Depot. Instead the company ordered the parts. A week or so later when the plumber returned, he could not make the repair. I had to hire another plumber to do this 20 minute repair. Which was additional money out of my pocket. I pay AHS a monthly fee AHS, when ever I need to make a claim I have to pay an additional $100.00. That is before any service is provided! How is that considered good customer service and or care?Then I received a message that the repair could be made by going through the exterior of the house BUT. There was NO guarantee that the exterior of the house would be restored to the original condition. If course I told them No! 1. Why would they want to do a repair from the exterior of the house WHEN it was clearly a leak from the faucets inside the bathroom? I told the plumber and showed the Plummer exactly what was needed.So I feel that I should be refunded the $100.00 that I have requested fromAHS. NO RESPONSE!!
I cannot say enough good things about Level Up Plumbing. They were almost immediately available to assess a leak we discovered after we returned from vacation. Tiffany was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the whole process from leak evaluation to repiping. And the technicians were friendly, skilled and trustworthy. You cannot go wrong with Level Up! Honestly the BEST experience I have ever had with any plumber.
