There is no doubt about it - I have not even purchased a hot water tank or water conditioner yet, but Julian made sure I understood exactly what I am getting into. His presentation was clear, detailed, and demonstrated a high degree of knowledge. I was presented with various packages and quotes, tailored specifically to my needs. If you are looking for top-notch service, you’ll definitely find it with Julian. The bar has been set extremely high as I continue my due diligence and obtaining quotes.

Our many thanks to Craig boelsgaard and Braydon gracher for addressing our hot water supply issue this past week. With Craig’s assistance, we discovered a warranty issue with our 5 year old Navian and with his help figured out the best solution to get things back up and running. Craig’s knowledge and expertise was very helpful on making decisions and am confident with Craig’s workmanship after a long day installing a new Navian unit.
With every question we threw Craig’s way, he received them thoughtfully and answered them fully. Many thanks to Craig and Braydon for putting in a full day to get things operating fully.

Ronin Bardwell serviced and repaired two gas fire places. Ronin is very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. Excellent experience! As well I had Cole Rogers come do a plumbing inspection on my home. We ended up replacing the tub drains and PRV after he found the tub drain was leaking and finding over 100psi in my house. Cole did a really excellent job!
