My service tech was Nick. On time, courteous and focus. He came out to replace my Havoc heater and air condition. Nick was great as he worked relentlessly and you probably know every time you try to repair a unit like mind which is over 23 years old there can be problems. He diagnosed and figured out how to get my system working and so far, so good. Although I had my circuit board replaced he suggested cleaning my Havoc fan/blower. The air is blowing much better. Just call Service Professor, they will fix it in a snap! Thanks, NICK!

We are very pleased with our a/c installation and other HVAC upgrades. When our 40 year old a/c (finally) took its last breath right before a heat advisory weekend too, Blake stopped by that evening to walk us through all the various upgrades available, financing options, and provided insight and suggestions specific to our living space. Two days later they had a team out with a completely new system with installation done before dinner! Jason and his crew did a fantastic job! While it’s customary for a client walk through with new products, Jason provided very thorough explanations and provided info on all features (when, where, how) and threw in some tips for improved performance and longevity.
We’re grateful to have found such a reliable team and plan to stick with them as our sole home/HVAC servicer!
