Whitney has a system to do all the booking on-line. This confirmed an appointment for Jacuzzi tubing leak. When no one arrived I phoned them. The phone rep. found nothing regarding the schedule visit. She also said they don't even repair Jacuzzi's. I had clearly indicated on-line that this was for a Jacuzzi. She was pleasant but had no explanation for this failure. One star! LDR

Andre provided exceptional service. He called ahead to confirm his ETA and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the furnace issue, replaced the necessary parts he had on hand, and ordered an additional part for later installation. Andre also took the time to explain the heat ducts and dampers and shared best practices for filter replacement. His professionalism, knowledge, and pleasant demeanor were greatly appreciated.
