He replaced my water heater and explained everything clearly while getting the job done quickly. Woke one morning to my 16 year old tankless water heater leaking. Called One Call and had a new unit installed and working by lunch. Great service for a fair price.
We had a pretty significant leak coming from our main water line, just inside of our garage. I called three other plumbers, going down the list from my Google search. Each plumber before One Call didn’t have availability for a week or more, and a couple suggested I use their more expensive after hours services. I’m not above paying extra for emergency services, but I was not in a position to pay extra for a service I was worried about affording at regular price. When I called One Call, the receptionist was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our situation. She said she could make some adjustments and get a plumber out the next morning. The service was quick, affordable, and the work quality was excellent. Our plumber was friendly and professional. Absolutely excellent service.
Had a plugged sink drain I couldn’t get unclogged with my 20 ft snake. Called this company and they were here in 20 minutes! They got the job done in no time. Took 30 ft of their commercial snake. Then I asked if they could install my new sink and faucet which I was about to attempt myself. No problem said their technician Isaiah. He had the whole job including unclogging the drain done in 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and polite young man. Will ask for him for any future plumbing needs.
The guy that came out to snake my drains assured me that if I had problems they would come back out and fix the problem. Well that was a lie! ??. I had service done on 6/29. My toilets are backing up. My washer flooded this weekend. I paid $165 to have this done! I call and they say we can send someone but it’s gonna cost $$$$ 165.00 again. This is not fair, how can you do this? I trusted you to fix the problem and you made it worse. Thanks for nothing. I gave you my hard earned money to be treated like I’m nothing
