On June 30th, I selected Monkey Wrench Plumbing for a full repiping project in our home, and I am pleased to report that they exceeded every expectation. The team began work shortly after our agreement and completed the repiping in just five days. The quality of workmanship was evident, and the final inspection passed successfully on July 7th. We had our free inspection from Monkey Wrench Plumbing today. DeMarion did a very comprehensive interior and exterior inspection that took about 2 hours to complete. He left a detailed list of inspection results including pipes, water softener, water heater. Great service! Demarion was friendly, professional, and knew his stuff! Highly recommended.

DeMarion came out to assess my water softener and plumbing issues and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient in explaining everything. I had received several other quotes from different companies, and Monkey Wrench worked with me to provide the best overall deal without making me feel pressured. I was originally waiting on my home warranty company to assess the pressure reducing valve (PRV), but Monkey Wrench went above and beyond and covered the PRV replacement for free as part of the job. When our water heater finally failed after 11 years, we needed a replacement fast! We were referred to Monkey Wrench Plumbing by a trusted friend that does home inspections - so we went with them and I'm so glad we did! After taking to Walter about our options, we decided to upgrade to a whole house water filtration system and a tankless water heater. A day later - we have hot water again thanks to Sergio and Andy's quick and professional install. They totally rocked out the work - and are super nice guys as well. Once they finished the install, they told me how to maintain our new equipment, how to change filters, etc. Everyone at the company from reception, to quotes, to install were very nice, polite, prompt in communications and professional. I purchased a bidet toilet and planned a DIY install. Turns out the toilet flange was higher than normal and the toilet did sit properly. That’s when I knew the project required a professional plumber. I researched reviews and discovered Monkey Wrench Plumbing had the best reviews. I called for an appointment and Sergio was on time, identified himself and was very courteous. Sergio analyzed the situation, determined a fair price for the service and he got started immediately. Sergio needed to cut the PVC pipe to accommodate a new flange. He completed the project, cleaned up the area and tested the bidet to make certain it operated properly.
