UPDATE-ALTHOUGH MY INITIAL RESPONSE WAS GLOWING:I had to revise my review because even though they quickly came out the very next day the 1st time they didn't get it right at least 3 times after that. Long story. To this day my hot water turns to the right : /NEW customer for life: From the moment I called with an emergency VEGAS VALLEY PLUMBING showed immediate concern & a truly stellar response time. The front office staff was informative and organized; I received *3* separate calls before the service representative even arrived! They decipheref the problem, schedule the earliest possible appointment, & then followed up with a confirmation call. This level of communication & organization along with their competency is what gives them 5 ?????s. Isaac was the plumber who came to my home, he was the epitome of a professional. He was diligent, polite, & courteous, w/ a clean appearance & professional mannerisms. He kept the job site meticulously clean & ... most importantly, knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. This is a RESPONSIBLE & ethical company that clearly knows how to run its front office. Because of my incredible experience, they are the only ones I will call for all my future plumbing needs.
