Jake was here to replace our water heater. He was very efficient and was available for any questions that I had. Did great work and very quickly. Prices are great. Stan seems to always be available to answer calls when they come in and it is really nice being able to get a hold of them easily. They installed a new water softener for us. They were by far the most affordable, they were able to come out in just a few days and the technicians were very professional. I tried very hard to give the technician Jake a cash tip, he said it was against company policy and stood his ground on that. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend them!
Stan and his crew are my heroes! Through the years, I've used their services several times and they always come through! Quality work, efficient, responsive...I can't say enough good things about them. The latest incident stemmed from a problem created by a questionable plumber hired by a contractor I used and Capitol Plumbing came to the rescue! I called them at 6:30 a.m. on a Monday, and by mid-day, Jake had fixed the problem and life was good. I really appreciate these guys. Very Happy Customer!
I’m very happy with the recent services provided by Capitol Plumbing. I had many plumbing issues, and Doug was able to take care of all of them, including a couple of things that another plumber had said could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. I was a little nervous about what the cost would be because he was here for six hours, but the charges were very reasonable. Definitely recommend.
